I greeted my birthday by partying at the A-Venue for Hed Kandi's Back to Love with Samantha James last Feb16. Of course the fun didn't start until after 12 midnight - my birthday. Lol. I had so much fun, compared to last year's Hed Kandi party which was right smack on my birthday. Maybe coz I had more friends celebrating with me this year. Samantha sang "Rise" which I really love... until she sang it again for the second time when the crowd shouted for more. Ugh, she just killed it. Lol.
I spent the rest of my day with my parents and had dinner at Cyma in Shang - where we saw Gen. Razon. Lol. How timely. I've heard good reviews about their Greek food. I actually miss Mati and wonder why they closed down. Good thing I had dinner there before I left for U.S. last October. Anyway, the food was great in Cyma, except that we did not order any Greek specialty dish. Lol. I had lamb steak and my parents had some seafood dish. Tsk tsk.
The following day I spent dinner with my high school friends at Conti's, Serendra. My friends say that Conti's probably has the most affordable menu among Serendra's fine restaurants. They have good food, but their servings were said to have decreased in size. Well, I did not enjoy my mango salad and crispy chicken. Hmph. Guess I expected more. Good thing I had enough tummy space for Ms. Desserts and Sonja's Cupcakes! I had Peppermint Patty and Vanilla Sunshine cupcakes while my friends had sweets and coffee from Ms. Desserts. My favorite was the Decadent Chocolate Cake. SAARAAP!
Last but not the least, can't wait for Bora for my birthday weekender. :)

Mati closed ata in August -- sad, no? I miss it, too. I think it's because they've re-focused their efforts on Zuzuni and their boutique hotel in Bora.

1) i prefer to say lol over hehe/haha. so it's either you see lots of lols or lots of hehes/hahas. :p
2) well, no one can really leave a comment on the mini blog. you can comment on it through the posts, just like what you did here.
3) it's not a button pin, it's actually a chocolate with an edible photo of ryan - which i ate btw. i believe tonito took this photo beside a candle. it was given away during his despedida by... someone.
4) lo and behold. i just type away without really editing or looking back. its just a blog. :p

TUMPAK!!!kekak... WAHAHA. Ryan was a bit bland, but good enough to go with vodka. :p
