Anyway, it was my chance to visit malls that I've never been to: Trinoma, The Block, and Greenbelt 5. Honestly, I would never really visit the first 2 malls, for the reason that why would I go that far to see the same stores I would see in malls that are much more accessible to me, right? Anyway, I must say I was very surprised upon entering Trinoma. It was like Shangri-la Plaza with a Market Market crowd. Lol. But it was much better than Glorietta. Their al fresco area on the top floor was pretty interesting, and would have probably been a nice place to hang out, if only it weren't that far. Maybe if I were that desperate, I would come visit the MNG and Zara sale here - for sure they would have more remaining stocks. Lol. Surprise, surprise... I saw Gap. I know! I'm so clueless. Have I been out of the city that long?! Yes, I saw Gap (soon to open) in High Street, but I never thought they had outlets already open in Trinoma and Glorietta! Anyway, the Gap merchandise wasn't bad. I mean it was boring, but it wasn't bad. Lol. Back in the days, Gap was one of my must-go-to stores when in the U.S., but in my last visit, it was completely out of my list. They have just become boring and safe...

Then I transferred to the Block. The Block? Yup, it's the new building of SM North Edsa. Who goes there?!? I know.... Lol. Wag ka, when I went in, It was like Podium and they had MNG along with the usual stores. But like Trinoma, I probably wouldn't come visit the mall again.

On a different day, I visited Greenbelt 5 for the first time. Now we're talking. The mall mostly had local designers and restaurants and several international brands. They have my favorite designers, Cesar Gaupo and Arnel Papa. I almost bought a pair of Gaupos - I've always wanted one - but I controlled myself and left my number instead for updates on a pair I might get custom-made. Although I'm not much of an accessory person, Arnel Papa has always impressed me with his creations. I was eyeing a cuff Mahogany bracelet - worth 25k. Geez. That was like twice as much as the shoes I wanted in Cesar Gaupo!! Tsk tsk. The last store to visit was Adora...
