I finally got my bike - a Globe Daily 3 Step-thru with 7-speed internal gear and an awesome integrated rack, and a surprise front and rear lights. Downside? It wasn't the color and height that I expected. I thought getting a small would mean having my feet flat on the floor. Instead I have to tip toe and pray I don't fall down when I hit the breaks. Oh and not to mention, the bruise I got on my ass where my testicles would be if I were a guy - LOL. I was hoping for the grey blue - but I got it in a dark blue, seriously?!? Globe is messed up. Nevertheless, I think my bike is awesome.
Hope to ride it in the beach this summer... if I figure out how to fit it in my car. Looking forward to some butt-sore adventures!

Hi there! Im in the market for the exact same bike. Did you actually receive a size small and it is still too big for you? I'm only 5'1" so I feel like if I get a small, I might suffer from the same prob as you! Let a girl know :) Oh, also, how much did you pay for the bike?

@Cyn It is kinda odd that I got a different color and size than expected. Although... the small one that I did test ride before buying was a small size Globe 2010 model. So I don't know if their sizes changed. I'm about 5'3 and a half and I do have to tiptoe to ride it. And the seat is already at its lowest. I'm used to it now though, so it doesn't bother me much. So I'm thinking with your height, it may be a bit too high for you..? Unless their small sizes vary.. lol. If you do get a small and it totally fits you. I'm so gonna complain to Globe! Lol.
